Overview

Bethany is a proud Welshwoman, born and raised in Cardiff. Having learnt Welsh at school, Beth is now working towards fluency and connecting with the language’s roots and heritage. She graduated Guildhall in 2024 and shortly after, made her stage debut at Shakespeare’s Globe, playing Mary Warren in The Crucible. She has just finished touring with the Emma Rice Company in their acclaimed production of Malory Towers, playing the role of Sally Hope. On screen, she has been directed by Kenneth Branagh for his upcoming feature. Beth is an Open Door alumni, Carlton Hobbs Bursary winner and a 2024 Spotlight Prize finalist. Alongside acting, Beth is an artistic all-rounder, with strong foundations in music, dance, writing and fine art. Whilst learning piano from a young age she discovered an affinity for singing and songwriting which has become a great love in her life. Beth will always be making something; whether it’s writing a one woman play about pickles, building a project in the garden or throwing on the potter's wheel, she finds purpose through art and joy in the creative process.
