Overview
Yorkshire born and bred, Amy gained a first class degree at Cambridge University before training at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. She has various professional screen and stage credits, including After the Dance (National Theatre), Kiss Me Quickstep (New Vic) and Holby City (BBC), and received an offie-nomination for her role as Margaret in Henry VI at the Rose Theatre. Whilst training, Amy was nominated for the Laurence Olivia Bursary Award, and she won the Peter Ackerman comedy award. Amy speaks a bit of French, plays a bit of ukulele, and does a bit of writing - most recently penning scripts for Theatre503 and Pleasance, London.
