Overview

Alice’s extensive theatre credits include work at the Sheffield Crucible, Manchester Royal Exchange and the Royal Court. Most recently, Alice reprised the role of Margaret Thatcher in the Salisbury/York/ Oldham production of Moira Buffini’s Handbagged, having previously played the part in the 2017 production at Theatre by the Lake. Prior to this, Alice appeared in Martin McDonagh’s A Very Very Very Dark Matter at the Bridge Theatre, directed by Matthew Dunster. Other notable roles include the role of Hilda in the Sheffield Crucible/English Touring Theatre production of Lady Chatterley's Lover, and national tours playing Beverly in Abigail’s Party and Maureen in The Beauty Queen of Leenane. Alice spent several years co-writing and producing her own work with the award winning Work Theatre Collective. Her TV appearances include Murder in Mind, Holding the Baby, Heatwave and Eastenders for the BBC, London's Burning LWT, Heartbeat GRANADA and The Bill for TALKBACK.
